- Items that show clear signs of wear, scratches, or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We meticulously inspect every order before it leaves our San Antonio facility. If, however, you receive an item that is damaged during transit or is not what you ordered:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund immediately, without you having to go through the standard return wait time.

While we issue the refund immediately upon approval, please allow up to 8 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.

- No Exchanges: To get a different item faster, please return your current order for a refund and place a new order.
