DMCA Copyright Policy
Jeremiahspecialty respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Jeremiahspecialty website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Intellectual Property Integrity
Our platform is dedicated to providing high-quality accessories and jewelry. We take all allegations of copyright infringement seriously. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our site by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
To be effective, the notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the specific URL).
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Jeremiahspecialty has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the site or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
5. Limitations of Liability
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Jeremiahspecialty is not responsible for third-party content provided by our partners or users, but we will act promptly once a valid legal notice is received.
