Cancellation & Modification Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to change or cancel your order. This policy outlines the specific timeframes and procedures to ensure a smooth resolution.

1. Order Cancellation Window

We operate with a high-efficiency logistics system, which means our warehouse team begins preparing your package shortly after the order is placed.

  • Standard Cancellation: You have exactly 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
  • Pre-Shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or handed over to our carrier, we will issue a 100% full refund immediately.
  • Post-Shipment: Unfortunately, once an order has been assigned a tracking number or leaves our facility, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may follow our standard Returns & Refunds process once the item arrives.

2. Changes and Modifications

Accuracy is key to ensuring your specialty items reach you safely. Please review your order confirmation as soon as it arrives in your inbox.

  • Shipping Addresses: Modifications to the delivery address must be made within the 12-hour grace period. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout if not corrected in time.
  • Item Changes: Need to change a size, color, or quantity? Please notify us immediately. If the price of the new item differs, we will provide instructions for paying the balance or issue a partial refund.

Note: Including your full name and order number in the body of the email will significantly speed up the processing of your request.

4. Refund Timing

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team, a refund is triggered automatically to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). While we process this instantly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's internal policies.

5. Exceptions and Important Notes

  • Custom or personalized orders may have different cancellation terms if production has already begun.
  • During peak holiday seasons, processing may happen even faster than 12 hours; we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
